Need a hand with PomoDial? Most questions are answered below. If not, email us and a real person will reply, usually within one or two working days.

Connecting PomoDial in ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps (Apps & Connectors) and find PomoDial.
  2. Select Connect and sign in to PomoDial with Google.
  3. Ask ChatGPT something like “Start a 25 minute focus session with PomoDial”.

Connecting PomoDial in Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add PomoDial.
  2. Select Connect and sign in to PomoDial with Google.
  3. Ask Claude to start a focus session with PomoDial.

Connection not working?

If ChatGPT or Claude says PomoDial returned an error or you appear signed out, reconnect: go back to Settings → Apps/Connectors, disconnect PomoDial, then connect it again and sign in with Google. Your sessions and history are kept.

Cancelling a subscription

Sign in at pomodial.com, open your account/billing page (Profile → Manage subscription) and choose Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you get stuck, email us and we'll cancel it for you.
