PomoDial's Notion integration fixes that. Connect your workspace and pick any page or database entry directly as your session intention. Your task becomes your focus commitment before the timer starts.

How it works

1. Go to your PomoDial profile and click Connect to Notion
2. Authorise PomoDial to access your workspace — share the databases that contain your tasks
3. Start a new session — click Import from Notion
4. Browse or search your pages and database entries
5. Select one — it populates your intention field automatically
6. Hit start

Every completed session saves to your PomoDial history with the Notion task as the intention. Over time you build a searchable record of what you actually worked on — not just time logged.

What you can import

PomoDial connects to any Notion database you share with it. Tasks, projects, documents, meeting notes — if it's a row in a Notion database, you can use it as a session intention.

Use the filter toggle to browse All, Pages, or Databases depending on how your Notion workspace is structured.
